Introduction:
Codex TM ddGTP [2',3'-Dideoxyguanosine-5'-triphosphate] is supplied as 10 mM solution in
water. It is a dideoxy-nucleotide, acts as a chain-elongating inhibitor or a substrate for DNA
polymerase α. The ddGTP is one of the four critical ddNTPs components for performing
Sanger sequencing. It is widely used for Sanger method for DNA sequencing.

Sanger sequencing for DNA samples.
